Fall River Bend - Acrylic 22 X 24

This is a commission piece for someone who has been very patient. I finally got some effects working the way that I want them to. This is the back side of my property in Western Indiana along the Little Vermillion River. During Hunting season this year, I saw a pair of juvenile Bald Eagles roosting the point just around this bend. It is a beautiful place to be on a crisp fall morning.  

Fall River Bend - Prototype

This is a prototype for a commission piece I've been working on since last fall. This is a bend in the river on an October morning on the Little Vermillion in Indiana. More to come. 

This is for the man at the Zionsville show, who asked if I have done waterfowl.

Circa 1998 painting of a Wood Duck. Since I am a deer hunter, I don't paint ducks often but have done a couple of commissions for people. If your interested, let me know.

I always love to show at Zionsville, the community there has awesome support and love of the arts. 

Sunlight on Alpine Meadow, Mt. Rundle Alberta

First painting from my wonderful trip to Banff, Alberta. I had many close encounters with Elk and other wildlife, and some wonderful long hikes. Some more paintings to come on this subject.
